Kenna Pierce is a corporate associate in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kenna represents private equity funds, their portfolio companies and other clients in complex domestic and international business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, growth equity financings and other corporate matters.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Kenna was a corporate associate in the Boston office of another global law firm.
