Filippo Pietrosanti is a foreign associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. As an Italian qualified lawyer, Filippo advises public and private companies, including private equity firms and strategic investors, in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs and dispositions, co-investments as well as general corporate matters, with a focus on private equity and industrial M&A deals.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Filippo worked as an M&A associate in the Rome office of Chiomenti, a leading international law firm based in Italy.
