Marisa P. Pogofsky

Marisa Pogofsky is a corporate associate in Kirkland’s market-leading Investment Funds Group. Marisa’s practice focuses on the formation, structuring and operation of private equity funds and their management companies.

Marisa also served as Principal & Legal Counsel at Adams Street, where she primarily focused on the structuring, organization and fundraising of various investment products across Adams Street’s platform. Marisa also provided legal support to certain of Adams Street’s deal teams in connection with investments, and provided general support to the firm in a variety of other organizational, governance and legal matters. Drawing on her in-house background, Marisa approaches matters with a practical understanding of the business objectives of her clients.
