Ross Powell is a partner in Kirkland’s Washington, D.C., office. His practice focuses on complex trial litigation in federal and state courts across the country. He has represented clients in litigation matters involving class actions, commercial disputes, business torts, employee benefits, securities fraud, trade secrets, and antitrust.

Laborers Local #231 Pension Fund v. Cowen et al. — Counsel for Lionbridge and HIG Capital in shareholder litigation arising out of take-private transaction.
FTI v. Berkeley Research Group, et al. — Counsel for FTI in case alleging that Defendants conspired to violate post-employment restrictive covenants.
In re: Interior Molded Doors Antitrust Litigation — Counsel for JELD-WEN in litigation alleging price-fixing of interior molded doors.
