Since joining Kirkland, Lliam has worked on the following matters, advising:

• KKR on the acquisition of nexeye
• KKR Infrastructure in connection with the financing for its announced takeover of Smart Metering Systems
• KKR and certain of its portfolio companies in connection with multiple refinancing and repricing transactions

Prior to joining Kirkland, Lliam worked on the following matters:

• Arrangers and underwriters on the financing of MásMóvil’s proposed €18 billion combination with Orange Spain
• Lenders in connection with the financing of Apax Partners LLP’s acquisition of Toi Toi & Dixi
• Carlyle and the EnerMech Group in relation to the refinancing and restructuring of EnerMech’s credit facilities
• Vodafone (in a partnership with Global Infrastructure Partners and KKR) in connection with the financing of the voluntary takeover offer for shares in Vantage Towers AG
• Lenders in connection with multiple financings of the Stonegate group’s credit facilities
