Overview

Thomas Prommer is a partner in Kirkland’s Structured Finance & Structured Private Credit Practice Group. He focuses on complex credit transactions, including securitization, structured private credit, fund financing, traditional leveraged financing, LBOs and restructurings.

His experience spans unique securitizations involving esoteric assets, such as royalties, cellular towers, fiber optic networks, data centers, GPUs, outdoor advertising assets, specialty lending platforms and other traditional financings.

Thomas advises sponsors, issuers, borrowers, credit funds and asset managers on innovative and specialized finance structures, including for private equity, senior credit, mezzanine credit, special situations, real estate, infrastructure and other strategies.
