• Various major commercial and investment banks, as administrative agent or sole lender, and premier private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other public and private companies, as borrowers, in over 150 financings (including reserve-based and asset-based revolving credit facilities, first and second lien term loans, mezzanine loans, acquisition financings, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, letter of credit facilities, and secured hedging facilities) ranging in size from $10 million to $4 billion for domestic and international oil & gas upstream, midstream, refining and oil field services businesses
• Major money center bank, as administrative agent and arranger, in a $1.5 billion asset-based revolving credit facility for a publicly traded, independent provider of compression services in numerous shale plays throughout the United States
• Major North American manufacturer of wire and cable for power transmission, distribution and building applications, as borrower, in its $1 billion sustainability linked asset-based revolving credit facility
• International Fortune 500 automotive retailer, as borrower, in its $1.8 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility and floorplan financing
• Major multinational energy corporation, as a lender, in connection with a proposed $500 million revolving credit facility to be provided by shareholders of a joint venture to backstop the joint venture’s commercial paper program
• Privately held investment management firm, as borrower, in connection with numerous syndicated and bilateral fund finance credit facilities, including subscription-backed, NAV and hybrid facilities, in connection with the firm’s signature opportunistic credit and senior debt strategy offerings to private and institutional clients
• Privately held independent investment management firm in connection with various intercompany term loans and revolving lines of credit in connection with its private credit platform
• Major money center bank, as lender, in connection with over 35 partner loan programs established to finance capital contributions to legal and professional advisory firms
• Independent power producer subsidiary of a major Japanese integrated trading and investment company, as borrower, in its combined $140 million project development bridge loans from affiliated and non-affiliated commercial banks
• Closely held wholesale energy marketing firm, as borrower, in its initial corporate lines of credit and subsequent $100 million syndicated revolving credit facility
• Major money center bank, as administrative agent, in a $90 million back-leveraged bridge loan facility for a wholly owned domestic exploration and production company subsidiary of a majority state-owned integrated oil and gas company in connection with such subsidiary’s joint venture operations with a major American oil and gas production company
• Domestic subsidiary of a major European steel and technology group, as trade counterparty, in various indemnity, warehousing and master purchase order agreements
