Mary Reale is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s New York office. She focuses her practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, as well as other state and federal courts across the country. Mary also advises companies and their directors and officers on transactional and corporate governance matters. Mary has significant trial experience and has been recognized by The American Lawyer as a runner up for “Litigator of the Week” multiple times, including on a complete trial victory. Mary also has been recognized as a “key lawyer” for M&A Litigation Defense by The Legal 500 U.S and was named a member of the Law360 Delaware Editorial Advisory Board. Before joining Kirkland, Mary clerked for Chancellor Andre G. Bouchard of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
