Mary Reale is a litigation associate in Kirkland’s New York office. She focuses her practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, as well as other state and federal courts across the country. Mary’s experience includes representing corporations and their directors, officers, and advisers in deal litigation, federal securities litigation, derivative suits, and contract disputes. Mary also advises companies and their directors and officers on transactional and corporate governance matters.
