Kady Reese is a corporate partner in the Merger and Acquisitions Practice Group in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kady focuses her practice on complex business transactions, including leveraged acquisitions of private and public companies, strategic mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures and debt and equity restructurings and recapitalizations. Kady also represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in all aspects of their businesses including domestic and cross-border leveraged and management buyouts, growth capital investments, divestitures, restructurings, equity financings, carve-outs and work outs and corporate governance.
