Max Reibman is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Max's practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, minority investments and other transactions involving public and private investment management firms, broker-dealers and related businesses. 

From 2014 to 2017, Max worked in Dubai and Washington, D.C. for a leading multinational risk consultancy, where he advised clients on market access and regulatory risks in the Middle East and other emerging markets. He holds a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Gates Cambridge Scholar, an MPhil from Cambridge and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
