James Robinson is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP who advises companies on high-stakes litigation, government investigations and regulatory enforcement matters. He practices in a wide range of industries and subject areas — including antitrust, class-action defense, contractual disputes, criminal investigations and trials, products liability, restructuring and trade secrets — and counsels companies through all stages of disputes and investigations, from pre-litigation risk assessment and internal investigations to discovery, briefing, trial and appeal.
