Sarah Roman-Jakob is a capital markets associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sarah has a broad transactional practice and advises companies, SPAC sponsors and investment banks on a full range of capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Sarah worked as a corporate attorney focusing on capital markets and general corporate practice at White & Case LLP.
