• Advised Kohlberg & Company on a majority investment in RESA Power, a leading provider of power systems and solutions.
• Advised Montagu’s acquisition of Johnson Matthey’s Medical Device Components business.
• Advised Gemspring Capital in connection with its acquisition of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company’s polymer chemical business.
• Advised Great Hill Partners and its portfolio companies in the acquisition of a control stake at Fusion Risk Management.
• Advised Centerbridge and its portfolio companies in the acquisition of a co-control stake in Computer Services, Inc. for a transaction valued approximately $1.6 billion.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Ross was involved in the following matters:

• Advised SMBC, Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros, Banco de Crédito del Perú, Santander, Itaú Corpbanca, IDB Invest, CACIB and ING in their $350 million senior secured financing in connection with the construction of the Red Vial No. 4 toll road.
• Advised IDB Invest, as purchaser of record and arranger, and Banco Santander, S.A. and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. as co-arrangers, in connection with an A/B purchase facility for the sale and purchase of receivables created under the Tariff Stabilization Mechanism, for approximately $139 million.
• Advised Petróleos del Perú on its issuance of $1 billion of 5.625% Notes due 2047, in a private placement transaction conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act.
• Advised IDB Invest and IFC in the acquisition of Ecuador’s first issuance of gender bonds for $100 million to increase credit for women-led enterprises.
