Overview

Claire Rosa is an investment funds partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Claire advises fund sponsors and managers on ERISA and fiduciary matters arising in connection with the investment of pension plan assets, including considerations related to formation, investment structuring and ongoing regulatory requirements. She regularly advises private equity funds and other investment vehicles on compliance with the applicable plan asset regulations, including funds intending to qualify or pursuing continued qualification as VCOCs or REOCs, or relying on other exceptions to ERISA that may be available.
