Overview

Stewart Ross is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP whose practice focuses on the representation of private investment fund managers in connection with the full range of fund financing transactions, including net asset value (NAV)-based facilities, subscription credit facilities, capital call lines of credit, management company and general partner facilities, GP stakes investments, topco financings, rated notes issuances and feeder-level financings, warehouse facilities and professional loan programs. Stewart also has extensive experience representing both borrowers and lenders in connection with acquisition financings, corporate financings, debtor-in-possession financings, infrastructure project financings, real estate financings, notes offerings and other credit matters.
