• Charlesbank Capital Partners on its investment in Perspective Financial Group
• SK Capital on the acquisition by its portfolio company, Archroma, of the textiles business of Huntsman
• GIC on its investment in Hotel Investment Partners
• Asda Group on the acquisition of EG Group’s UK and Ireland operations for an enterprise value of c. £2.27 billion
• Coller Capital on its strategic minority investment from Hunter Point Capital
• CPP Investments on the acquisition of a stake in Universal Investment
• G.S. Precision, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, on the acquisition of F.T. Gearing Systems 
• Bain Capital Private Equity and Cinven on the CHF 4.2 billion definitive agreement to acquire Lonza Specialty Ingredients
• Montagu Private Equity on the acquisition of the Education Software Solutions business of Capita plc. and on the agreement to invest in ParentPay
• EQT on the sale of its Credit business segment to Bridgepoint
• Advent International on its investment in the Hermes Group businesses in the UK and Germany

Prior to joining Kirkland, Claire worked on the following matters:

• Advising a UK-based food and beverage retailer on its acquisition of a restaurant chain
• Advising a private equity fund on an auction sale of its share plan administration and software business
• Advising a private equity fund on its acquisition of a stake in a provider of energy and commodity price reporting
• Advising an investment conglomerate on its disposal of a luxury fashion brand
