In re Lipitor Antitrust Litigation: Representing Ranbaxy in a putative multidistrict class action litigation arising out of a patent litigation settlement concerning the cholesterol drug Lipitor®.
In re Effexor XR Antitrust Litigation: Representing Teva in a putative multidistrict class action litigation arising out of a patent litigation settlement concerning the antidepressant drug Effexor®.
Value Drug v. Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A. Inc., et al.: Representing Teva and Amneal Pharmaceuticals in a putative class action arising out of patent litigation settlements concerning the gout drug Colcrys®.
In re Ranbaxy Generic Drug Application Antitrust Litigation: Representing Sun Pharma and its subsidiary, Ranbaxy, in a putative class action litigation alleging Ranbaxy obstructed competition by making fraudulent misrepresentations to the FDA in seeking approval for its generic versions of blockbuster drugs, Nexium®, Valcyte® and Diovan®.

HONX, Inc.: Representing HONX, Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hess Corporation) in its Chapter 11 case filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Chesapeake Energy: Represented Chesapeake and its subsidiaries in their Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, including multi-week trial resulting in the successful confirmation of Chesapeake’s Chapter 11 plan.
Gulfport Energy: Represented Gulfport Energy and its subsidiaries in their Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Magnum Hunter: Represented Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation and its subsidiaries in their Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Commercial Litigation
GE v. Siemens Energy, Inc.; Mitsubishi v. Siemens Energy, Inc.. Represented Siemens Energy, Inc. in cases brought by competitors alleging trade secrets misappropriation in the gas turbine industry.
Chesapeake Energy (various matters): Representing Chesapeake Energy and affiliates in numerous actions brought by lessors challenging royalty payments pursuant to oil & gas leases.
Watts v. Amoco: Represented BP America in putative class action by royalty owners alleging fraud and breach of contract claims.
