Overview

Munir Saadi is a corporate partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Munir has advised foreign and domestic clients on a broad range of energy and infrastructure-related project development, financing and associate corporate transactions, including carbon capture and sequestration agreements, long-term LNG sale and purchase agreements, participation agreements, common facilities agreements, project operation and maintenance agreements and land acquisition and land use documents. Munir also has extensive experience advising clients on construction matters, including with respect to EPC and EPCm agreements, design-build contracts, stand-alone agreements for design and construction services, at-risk construction management agreements and agreements for preliminary design/construction services.
