Brett Saltzman is a partner in the Investment Funds Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he focuses exclusively on structuring, negotiating and forming real estate funds and their management companies and related matters. Brett has represented numerous global real estate and other private equity fund sponsors in establishing open-end and closed-end investment funds, vehicles and other accounts, including programmatic joint ventures, co-investment programs and club deals, with a broad range of investment strategies.
