Overview

Brett Saltzman is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He focuses his practice on structuring, negotiating and forming private equity and real estate funds and their management companies. Brett has represented numerous real estate sponsors in establishing open-end and closed-end real estate private equity funds with a broad range of investment strategies, including opportunistic, value-add and core-plus.
