Liana Sandulescu is an associate in the Antitrust & Competition Team based in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Liana is dual qualified in England & Wales and Paris, and has represented clients before the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and other competition authorities such as the Department of Justice (DOJ) and State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR).
Before joining the Firm, Liana worked at the CMA (including as Head of Mergers Intelligence) and in another international law firm. Her experience spans multiple industry sectors, including aviation, railway, financial and pharmaceutical.
