Jonathan Sapp is a corporate partner in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on strategic M&A transactions, private equity investments, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures and structured preferred equity investments. Jonathan has extensive experience advising major public companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies in complex M&A transactions across a broad range of industries with a particular focus on the energy, infrastructure and industrials sectors.
