Ned Schultheis is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on M&A and private equity matters with an emphasis on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a variety of complex business transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, joint ventures, equity financings, GP-led transactions, SPACs, and other corporate transactional matters.
