Angad advises debtors, creditors, sponsors and strategic investors on a broad range of cross-border financial restructurings and liability management exercises of stressed and distressed businesses across the capital spectrum, including in-court and out-of-court solutions, special situations financings and hybrid capital solutions. Angad also advises financial institutions, hedge funds and private equity sponsors in their review and diligence of European investment opportunities in par, stressed and distressed transactions.
