Overview

Shainee Shah is a litigation partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Shainee’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of industries across a broad array of subject matters, including contract disputes, class actions, restructuring matters, securities and product liability. Shainee advises clients on all aspect of litigation in both state and federal courts. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
