Faraz Shahidpour is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Faraz has represented Fortune 100 pharmaceutical and automobile companies, global energy producers, and cutting-edge sports and social media technology companies in high-stakes disputes before federal and state courts across the country. His experience spans a wide range of practice areas, including antitrust, mass torts and products liability, constitutional challenges, employment/trade secrets, False Claims Act and securities fraud. Faraz previously served as a law clerk to Judge John J. Tharp Jr. on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
