• Cinven on:
  • the sale of Kurt Geiger, a global footwear, handbag and accessories business, to Steve Madden
  • its acquisitions of majority stakes in Arcaplanet, Maxi Zoo Italia and Idealista
• Sanofi on the separation and sale of a 50% controlling stake in Opella, its consumer healthcare business, to CD&R
• HBX Group, a leading independent B2B travel technology marketplace, on its IPO and listing on the Spanish Stock Exchanges, valuing the company at approximately €3 billion, and its prior corporate reorganisation
• CVC on:
  • its €14 billion IPO on Euronext Amsterdam and prior corporate reorganisation
  • its acquisition of Glendower Capital, a private equity firm focussing on secondary transactions which spun out of Deutsche Bank's asset management business in 2017
  • its strategic partnership investment in Premiership Rugby, PRO14 Rugby and Six Nations
• CD&R and Motor Fuel Group on the £2.5 billion acquisition of forecourts and electric vehicle charging sites from Morrisons
• The founders of True Potential, a UK wealth management platform, on the sale of a majority stake to Cinven
• Greensands, the holding company of Southern Water, on the sale of a majority stake in the company in return for an investment of more than £1 billion from Macquarie Asset Management
• The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales on the spin out of The Earthshot Prize, the global environmental prize, to formally become an independent charity
