Naoya Shiota is a corporate partner in Kirkland’s Tokyo office. He is practicing through Kirkland & Ellis (Gaikokuho Kyodo Jigyo). With over 20 years of experience, Naoya advises private equity and corporate clients on cross-border M&A, finance and other related transactions. He represents clients in a variety of industries including automotives, entertainment and pharmaceuticals.
