Since joining Kirkland, Jack has been involved in the following matters:

• Lone Star Funds in its acquisition of Titan Acquisition Holdings, a bi-coastal leader in ship repair services and marine and heavy complex fabrication.
• Energy Spectrum, together with its portfolio company ESGEN, in the $475 million business combination of ESGEN Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: ESAC) with Sunergy Renewables, a leading provider or residential solar and energy efficiency solutions.
• Rhodium Enterprises, Inc. on its proposed listing on NASDAQ through its definitive merger agreement with SilverSun Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SSNT).
• Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLAY) in its $835 million acquisition of Main Event.  
• Acosta in its acquisitions of The CORE Group, Impact Group and Premium Retail Services.
• Shelter Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: SHQA), a proptech SPAC, in its $200 million initial public offering.
• HGGC in its majority investment in Grand Fitness Partners, a franchisee within the Planet Fitness health club system.
• Energy Spectrum Capital-backed ESGEN Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: ESACU), an energy transition SPAC, in its $240 million initial public offering.
• Freestone Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: FSTNU), an energy transition SPAC, in its $200 million initial public offering.
• Wyndham Destinations in its acquisition of the Travel + Leisure brand and related assets from Meredith Corporation.
• Pontem Corporation (NYSE: PNTM), an industrial and technology SPAC, in its $690 million initial public offering.
• Maverick Natural Resources in its merger with FourPoint Energy LLC to create Unbridled Resources LLC.  
• Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) in its $13.1 billion acquisition of MyoKardia, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYOK).
• Brookfield Infrastructure in its $6.9 billion joint venture with Blackstone Infrastructure to acquire a 42% stake in Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: CQP).
• McDermott International, Inc. in its $2.725 billion sale of Lummus Technology to The Chatterjee Group and Rhône Group, through a court-supervised auction process as part of McDermott’s prepackaged Chapter 11 restructuring.
• Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH) in its PIPE investment from L Catterton as part of Norwegian’s multi-tranche financing for aggregate proceeds of up to $2.4 billion.
• Bristow Group Inc. on its all-stock business combination with Era Group Inc. (NYSE: ERA).
• Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners in its $400 million spin-out from Sidewalk Labs and financial commitments from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL).
• Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. in connection with the corporate and M&A aspects of Aegean’s Chapter 11 reorganization.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Jack was involved in the following matters:

• A consortium led by Mubadala Investment Company in the $2.3B sale of its 60% equity stake in EMI Music Publishing to Sony Corporation of America.

• Kainos Capital in its acquisition of Olde Thompson, LLC.

• Mars, Incorporated in its acquisition of Pet Partners, a national provider of companion animal veterinary care.

• Tumi Holdings, Inc. in its acquisition by Samsonite International S.A., in a transaction valued at approximately $1.8 billion.
