Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) in its $13.1 billion acquisition of MyoKardia, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYOK).
Brookfield Infrastructure in its $6.9 billion joint venture with Blackstone Infrastructure to acquire a 42% stake in Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: CQP).
McDermott International, Inc. in its $2.725 billion sale of Lummus Technology to The Chatterjee Group and Rhône Group, through a court-supervised auction process as part of McDermott’s prepackaged Chapter 11 restructuring.
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH) in its PIPE investment from L Catterton as part of Norwegian’s multi-tranche financing for aggregate proceeds of up to $2.4 billion.
Bristow Group Inc. on its all-stock business combination with Era Group Inc. (NYSE:ERA).
Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners in its $400 million spin-out from Sidewalk Labs and financial commitments from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL).
Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. and certain subsidiaries (“Aegean”), a leading international marine fuel logistics company with approximately $900 million of funded indebtedness, in connection with the corporate and M&A aspects of Aegean’s Chapter 11 cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Summit Partners in its acquisition of warrants from Viking Energy Group, Inc. (OTCQB: VKIN).
