Simon focuses on dispute resolution in Greater China and other regions in Asia and has experience advising clients in complex commercial disputes, including those relating to professional negligence allegations, securities instrument defaults, breach of sale and purchase agreements, as well as insolvency and enforcement proceedings. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, including accounting firms, law firms, bondholder committees and high net-worth individuals.
Simon graduated with first class honours in both business administration and law at the University of Hong Kong, and is admitted to practice in Hong Kong. He previously trained and worked in the London and Hong Kong offices of a leading international law firm. Simon is trilingual, and routinely drafts documents in English and Chinese.
