Sam Shropshire is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises on complex, business-critical corporate matters with a focus on the sports and media industries. He represents a broad range of clients, including private capital firms, strategic companies, professional teams and owners, sports leagues, financial institutions and companies operating at the intersection of sports and adjacent sectors. Sam earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was co-president of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society. Prior to law school, Sam competed as a collegiate and professional tennis player.
