Blake Sims is an investment funds associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Blake counsels investment management clients on a vast array of needs in connection with the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds. His practice also focuses on representing sponsors in connection with single- and multi-asset continuation fund transactions.
Prior to law school, Blake served as the Director of Research for the world's largest consignor of thoroughbred racehorses.
