Overview
Jeff Siwik is a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on M&A and other corporate transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, business combinations, minority investments, recapitalizations, restructurings, “going-private” transactions and divestitures.
Jeff also advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on general corporate and governance matters.
