Tara Smyth is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Tara primarily advises and represents sponsor clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds with a primary focus on private equity, secondary and real assets. Tara also has experience with related carried interest and co-investment arrangements, as well as secondary transactions.
