Justin Solomon is a partner in Kirkland's Investment Funds Practice Group where his practice focuses on structuring and forming investment funds ranging in size from under $100 million to nearly $10 billion in the buyout, credit, growth equity, infrastructure, distressed asset and venture capital sectors.

Justin also counsels private fund sponsors on a variety of internal economic and governance matters, including employee departures and succession planning, as well as regulatory compliance and fund-related aspects of M&A transactions, such as co-investment arrangements and alternative investment structures.

Justin was a founding partner of the San Francisco Investment Funds Practice Group in 2013 and a founding partner of the Los Angeles Investment Funds Practice Group in 2017.
