- Defended medical device manufacturer in product liability action
- Defended venue management company in multidistrict litigation involving more than 4,000 plaintiffs
- Defended trailer manufacturer in wrongful death product liability action
- Represented 42 U.S.C. § 1983 plaintiff pro bono after he suffered catastrophic injuries while working in his prison unit
