• Represented investment manager and online lodging platform in regulatory investigations into their respective advertising, pricing and fee disclosure practices.
• Counseled vehicle service contract provider on advertising and telemarketing compliance, including risks associated with new product offerings and AI adoption.

• Represented Mechanix Wear, LLC, a leading designer and manufacturer of personal protective equipment, in breach-of-contract and trade-secret misappropriation dispute against a former employee and competitor in California federal court.
• Represented major gas production company in complex breach-of-contract dispute in the Texas Business Court.
• Represented national auto equipment manufacturer, Amazon aggregator and retail pharmacy chain in restructuring-related disputes in New Jersey and Delaware federal courts.
