Prior to joining Kirkland, Sidhi was involved in the following matters:

• Represented the lenders in a $200 million drillco financing for the development of a portfolio of oil and gas properties in Utah.
• Represented the administrative agent in the $225 million senior secured construction, term, and tax equity bridge loan financing of a portfolio of solar photovoltaic projects totaling 150-megawatts in Virginia and Pennsylvania.
• Represented the administrative agent in the $520 million senior secured construction, term, and tax equity bridge loan financing of a portfolio of solar photovoltaic projects totaling 410-megawatts in Virginia and Pennsylvania.
• Represented the administrative agent in the senior secured term financing of a portfolio of solar photovoltaic projects totaling 220-megawatts in Virginia.
• Represented the sponsor in the negotiation of senior secured term loan, letter of credit, and revolving credit facilities totaling over $1 billion to refinance the existing term and mezzanine financing of a 1,480-megawatt combined-cycle natural gas-fired power plant in Pennsylvania.
• Represented the administrative agent in a warehouse financing of a portfolio of solar photovoltaic and battery storage projects in the United States.
• Represented the administrative agent in a $5 billion senior secured asset-based revolving credit financing in connection with the take-private acquisition of a leading US-based retail pharmacy company.
• Represented the administrative agent in a $850 million senior secured asset-based revolving credit financing in connection with the take-private acquisition of a leading international retail pharmacy company.
• Represented the administrative agent in a $700 million senior secured revolving credit financing of a provider of asset-based loans and structured financing solutions for the retail and consumer products industry.
• Represented the administrative agent in the senior secured revolving credit and term financing of a portfolio of fertility and healthcare clinical practices.
• Represented the administrative agent in asset-based credit facilities totaling $2.2 billion in connection with the acquisition and capitalization of a multinational retail office supply company.
