James Steiner is an investment funds associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s Liquidity Solutions Team. James advises private equity sponsors on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds. His practice includes representing sponsors in business transactions on the secondary market, including single- and multi-asset continuation fund transactions.
