Courtney Stone Mirski is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Courtney’s practice spans a broad range of matters, including antitrust, breach of contract and data breach class actions. Courtney also maintains an active pro bono practice, having achieved successful outcomes for client ranging from military veterans to incarcerated individuals.
Before joining the Firm she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel A. Bress of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard J. Leon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
