Asher Stub is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on representing clients with respect to complex business transactions in the private funds market, including mergers and acquisitions, minority stake deals and other transactions involving alternative asset management firms.
