Overview

Benjamin D. Suksomnil is of counsel in the Litigation Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Benjamin has represented a variety of clients including consumer product and medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts.

Benjamin focuses on e-Discovery and advises clients on practical solutions relating to discovery practices and procedures. He has significant experience with respect to overseeing all stages of discovery including conducting fact investigations and witness interviews, preparing and overseeing discovery budgets, managing discovery vendors, training and supervising contract attorneys, and assisting clients and vendors in developing protocols and processes for the collection, processing, review and production of electronically stored information.
