Overview

Matthew Summers is a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Matthew’s practice focuses on complex litigation in both state and federal courts. His litigation experience includes contract disputes, government investigations, False Claims Act defense, product liability defense, mass tort and class action defense, Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, post-merger expert determinations and white collar criminal defense. Matthew also has an active pro bono practice.
