Overview

Kyle Sutton is a litigation associate in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She has a broad commercial litigation practice, including putative antitrust class actions, multidistrict litigation, products liability, contract disputes and business torts. She also represents clients in regulatory enforcement proceedings and corporate internal investigations.

Kyle also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representation in a death-penalty petition, formation of 501(c)(3) organizations and applications for upgraded military discharge status.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Kyle served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lance E. Walker, Chief United States District Judge of the District of Maine.
