Overview

Ted Swan was involved in structuring, negotiating and completing a wide variety of corporate transactions for over 30 years. The primary focus of his practice was representing institutional and independent private equity investors in middle market transactions. Ted also developed a significant private equity fund formation practice, forming over a dozen funds in the past several years.
