Jonathan co-leads the real asset funds practice in Europe and primarily advises GP-side clients on the formation and operation of infrastructure and real estate funds, along with related real asset backed credit funds. He has a broad range of experience across asset classes advising on co-investment and carried interest arrangements and other private equity transactions such as restructurings, spin-outs, liquidity solutions and asset manager M&A.
Jonathan is recognised as a leading lawyer in The Legal 500, IFLR 1000 and Who’s Who Legal - The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers for Private Funds.
