Jenny Talel is a debt finance partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jenny has experience in structuring sophisticated financing arrangements, including asset-backed securities and other tailored capital solutions. She represents lenders and borrowers in complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions as well as structured financing, including particular experience in private placements, alternative asset manager financing, highly structured transactions and back leverage arrangements. Her work also includes direct lending, first- and second-lien credit facilities, syndicated financings, asset-based lending and other innovative credit solutions.
