Overview

Eric Tarosky is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and antitrust litigation. He represents clients in high-stakes disputes in federal and state courts and advises on all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial and appeals.

He also has experience advising clients in connection with government and congressional investigations, including matters involving antitrust enforcement and regulatory scrutiny.

Eric served on the founding steering committee for the D.C. Bar Association’s Early Career Lawyers Community, which was named the D.C. Bar’s Community of the Year in 2025. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and the Schreyer Honors College of Penn State University.
