Overview

David Templeton is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and is a member of both the Structured Finance & Structured Private Credit Practice Group and the Structured Capital & Insurance Solutions Practice Group.

David’s practice is focused primarily on representing asset managers and equity investors in broadly syndicated collateralized loan obligation (CLO) and warehouse lending facility transactions. He also works on other types of securitizations and private credit financings across a variety of asset classes. In addition, he supports on a range of transactions related to rated funds, collateralized fund obligations (CFOs) and CLO equity fund formation.
