Represented a healthcare company in a congressional investigation into federal COVID funds.
Represented a fitness beverage company in an SEC investigation involving the company’s acquisition, accounting, revenue recognition, internal controls, and related disclosures.
Represented companies in SEC sweep investigations regarding the timeliness of certain of its Director’s security ownership reports under Section 16 of the Exchange Act.
Served on Federal Monitor team that monitored and oversaw the safety operations of one of the nation’s largest utility companies.

Represented JLI in multi-district litigation and multiple state AG actions involving product liability, sales, marketing and design claims.
Represented Charter Communications against a breach of contract and promissory estoppel claims, resulting in affirmance of summary judgment for Charter in Compass Productions Int’l v. Charter Communications, Inc. (S.D.N.Y., 2d Cir.).
Represented USHealth against a breach of contract claim, publicized in Delaware Business Court Insider because of favorable outcome in motion to dismiss.
