Jennifer Tian is a partner in the Complex Securitizations Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jennifer has experience in a wide variety of securitization and structured finance transactions, including whole-business securitizations, asset-backed securities (ABS) offerings, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) offerings, commercial paper conduit programs and warehouse financing facilities.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Jennifer worked at other major law firms and as in-house counsel at an international investment bank.
